Shipping policy

Here is all the information about shipping your order. Below are all the countries we ship to and their shipping times and prices. You will also find how to check the status of your order and some info on returns.

How do you check the status of your order?

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier you will receive an e-mail containing a track & trace code.

 

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Is your order not to your satisfaction? Then you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. This means that up to 14 days after receipt of your order, you can register your order for return. After registering the return, you still have 14 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

Please send us a message at info@dizysports.nl to register your product for return. If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for returning the product. Products returned without approval will not be accepted and will not be processed.
