Refund policy

 

Is your order not to your liking? Then you have the right to return your order free of charge up to 14 days after receipt. This means that up to 14 days after receipt of your order, you can register your order for return. After registering the return, you still have 14 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

Please send us a message at info@dizysports.nl to register your product for return. If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for returning the product. Products returned without approval will not be accepted and will not be processed.

Damaged or other problems

We would like to ask you to check your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the product does not work, is broken or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can fix it as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions/ products that will not be returned

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, plants or flowers), costum products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Please email us if you have any questions about your product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products on sale and gift certificates.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your product, and once approved, repurchase the product.

 

Refunds

We will send you an email once we have received and inspected your return product, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
